Kısaca: Usull şu an pilot aşamasında ve ücretsiz. Verin senin, tasarım ve yazılım bizim. Usull bir planlayıcıdır; doktor, diyetisyen ya da mali danışman değildir. Keyfini çıkar, kötüye kullanma.
1. Hizmet
Usull, görevleri, rutinleri, hayalleri, bakım ve egzersizi, gardırobu, mutfağı ve parayı tek yerde toplayan bir yaşam planlayıcısıdır. Pilot döneminde ücretsiz sunulur ve "olduğu gibi" çalışır. Özellikler değişebilir, gelişebilir, bazen kaldırılabilir; önemli değişiklikleri uygulama içinde duyururuz.
2. Hesap
Hesap isteğe bağlıdır ve yalnızca cihazlar arası eşitleme içindir. Hesabını güvende tutmak (e-postana ve Google/Apple kimliğine erişimi korumak) senin sorumluluğundadır. Hesabını istediğin an kapatabilirsin.
3. Senin içeriğin
Usull'a yazdığın her şey sana aittir. Üzerinde hiçbir hak talep etmeyiz, onu okumayız, eğitim ya da reklam için kullanmayız. Yalnızca sana hizmeti sunmak için gerektiği kadar işlenir (bkz. Gizlilik).
4. Fikri mülkiyet
Usull™ adı, halka işareti, logo, arayüz tasarımı, metinler, çizimler, animasyonlar ve yazılımın tüm hakları saklıdır: © 2026 Usull™. Kişisel kullanım dışında kopyalanamaz, çoğaltılamaz, türevi yapılamaz, yeniden dağıtılamaz. "Usull" ve halka işareti ticari markadır.
5. Kabul edilebilir kullanım
Hizmeti yasalara uygun ve kişisel amaçla kullan. Tersine mühendislik, otomatik kazıma, hizmeti bozma ya da başkalarının hesabına erişme girişimi yasaktır.
6. Sağlık ve para konusunda önemli not
Usull'un yeme penceresi, zor gün planı, uyku ve ekran saati, egzersiz planı, bütçe dilimleri, kasa puanı ve "zenginleşme yolu" gibi öneriler genel bilgi ve alışkanlık desteğidir; tıbbi, diyetetik, psikolojik ya da finansal danışmanlık değildir. Sağlığınla ya da paranla ilgili kararlarda bir uzmana danış. Verdiğin bilgilere göre üretilen puan ve öneriler yalnızca sana yol göstermek içindir; sonuçlarından Usull sorumlu tutulamaz.
7. Sorumluluğun sınırı
Hizmet kesintisiz ya da hatasız olmayabilir. Yasaların izin verdiği ölçüde, Usull hizmetin kullanımından doğan dolaylı zararlardan sorumlu değildir. Verini düzenli olarak dışa aktarmanı öneririz; cihazında tutulan verinin yedeği senin kontrolündedir.
8. Değişiklik ve sona erme
Bu koşulları güncelleyebiliriz; tarih üstte yazar. Hizmeti kullanmaya devam etmen güncel koşulları kabul ettiğin anlamına gelir. Koşulları ihlal eden kullanım durdurulabilir.
9. Uygulanacak hukuk
Bu koşullar Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukukuna tabidir. Tüketici hakların saklıdır.

In short: Usull is in pilot and free. Your data is yours; the design and software are ours. Usull is a planner, not a doctor, dietitian or financial adviser. Enjoy it, don't abuse it.
1. The service
Usull is a life planner that gathers tasks, routines, dreams, self-care and exercise, wardrobe, kitchen and money in one place. During the pilot it is free and provided "as is". Features may change, grow or occasionally be removed; significant changes are announced inside the app.
2. Account
An account is optional and exists only to sync between devices. Keeping your account safe (protecting access to your email and your Google/Apple identity) is your responsibility. You can close your account at any time.
3. Your content
Everything you write in Usull belongs to you. We claim no rights over it, we don't read it, and we don't use it for training or advertising. It is processed only as far as needed to provide the service to you (see Privacy).
4. Intellectual property
The Usull™ name, the ring mark, logo, interface design, texts, illustrations, animations and software are © 2026 Usull™; all rights reserved. Beyond personal use they may not be copied, reproduced, adapted or redistributed. "Usull" and the ring mark are trade marks.
5. Acceptable use
Use the service lawfully and for personal purposes. Reverse engineering, automated scraping, disrupting the service or attempting to access someone else's account is prohibited.
6. An important note on health and money
Suggestions such as the eating window, the tough-day plan, sleep and screens-off times, the exercise plan, budget pots, the vault score and the "path to wealth" are general information and habit support; they are not medical, dietary, psychological or financial advice. Consult a professional for decisions about your health or your money. Scores and suggestions are produced from what you enter and are there only to guide you; Usull cannot be held responsible for their outcomes.
7. Limitation of liability
The service may not be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent the law allows, Usull is not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the service. We recommend exporting your data regularly; backups of data kept on your device are under your control.
8. Changes and termination
We may update these terms; the date is shown above. Continuing to use the service means you accept the current terms. Use that breaches the terms may be stopped.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.
